  1. Create a session for your workshop/course and then create a scheduled date.
  2. Create a pass specifically for the session. Normally it would be for the one session and tick the session it is for in the 'Can be used at the following sessions:' in the Pass Setup.
  3. Go back to the session and go to the booking tab. Tick Prebook, how many days in advanced they can book online. If you only setup on pass for the workshop, then select it from the dropdown. If you have more than one pass, leave it "Customer will choose an applicable pass". Under this option all passes than can be used for this course will be listed for the customer to choose from.
